Hitbot EFG-L – Collaborative Parallel Electric Gripper for Flexible Automation
The Hitbot EFG-L is a 2-finger parallel electric gripper designed for collaborative and industrial automation applications requiring precise positioning, reliable gripping performance, and flexible force adjustment. Equipped with a servo motor drive and a rack-and-pinion transmission combined with a cross roller guide, it delivers smooth motion, excellent stability, and long service life.
The gripper features a 12 mm total stroke and an adjustable gripping force of up to 30 N, allowing it to handle a wide variety of components weighing up to 0.5 kg. With a repeatability of ±0.02 mm, it ensures consistent and accurate operation in assembly, machine tending, inspection, and pick-and-place processes.
Designed specifically for collaborative automation, the EFG-L integrates seamlessly with leading cobot platforms, including Universal Robots, Aubo, and other collaborative robot brands. Its compact dimensions of only 68 × 68 × 113.6 mm and lightweight construction of 0.4 kg make it ideal for flexible workstations, human-robot collaboration environments, and Industry 4.0 manufacturing systems.
